Dani Ceballos Pushes for Exit from Real Madrid

Real Madrid are set to face Las Palmas in Gran Canaria, seeking their second Liga win of the season. However, Dani Ceballos, a key midfielder, has not joined the team for the match. The 28-year-old is actively trying to secure a move away from Real Madrid, with a desire for a more prominent role elsewhere.Dani Ceballos Pushes for Exit from Real Madrid

Ceballos’ hometown club, Real Betis, appears to be his preferred destination. However, AS Monaco has also expressed interest in acquiring his services. Ceballos has reportedly requested that manager Carlo Ancelotti exclude him from the Gran Canaria trip, despite being included in the initial squad, in order to expedite his exit. The midfielder believes he is in peak physical condition and is dissatisfied with the limited playing time he has received at Real Madrid.

One of the major hurdles in Ceballos’ transfer is the asking price set by Real Madrid. The club is hesitant to let him go, especially considering the recent departure of Toni Kroos and the injury to Eduardo Camavinga, which have left them with fewer options in midfield. Consequently, Real Madrid is demanding a €20 million transfer fee for Ceballos.

As Ceballos continues to push for a move, it remains to be seen whether Real Madrid will ultimately agree to his departure or if they will hold on to him. The situation could have significant implications for both the club and the player’s future career.
