Derby County goalkeeper Scott Carson has extended his loan spell at Premier League side Manchester City for the entirety of the 2020/21 season.
Carson moved to the Etihad Stadium in a loan deal for the 2019/20 campaign last August.
The 34-year-old has not made a first-team appearance for Pep Guardiola’s side, after he spent the campaign acting as understudy to first choice shot-stopper and current Brazil international Ederson and former Barcelona goalkeeper Claudio Bravo.
Carson has made 171 appearances in all competitions for the Rams since signing from Wigan Athletic in the summer of 2015.
