Liverpool Announce Multi-Year Kit Deal with Adidas, Replacing Nike
Liverpool Football Club has announced a multi-year kit partnership with Adidas, commencing from August 1, 2025. The deal will see Adidas replace Nike as the club’s official kit supplier. British media reports suggest the agreement is for five years and worth in excess of £60 million ($77.36 million) annually.
This marks a reunion for Liverpool and Adidas, who have previously partnered twice: from 1985 to 1996 and from 2006 to 2012.
Liverpool Chief Executive Billy Hogan expressed his enthusiasm for the renewed partnership: “Everyone at the club is incredibly excited to welcome adidas back into the LFC family. We have enjoyed fantastic success together in the past and created some of the most iconic LFC kits of all time. adidas and Liverpool share an ambition of success and we couldn’t be more excited to partner together again as we look forward to creating more incredible kits to help drive on pitch performance.”
Nike has been Liverpool’s kit supplier for the past five seasons. The new Adidas partnership will begin at the start of the 2025-26 season. The deal represents a significant commercial agreement for Liverpool and reunites the club with a brand associated with some of its most iconic historical moments.
