Raphinha tipped to join the Blues
Chelsea completed their first major signing this summer in the name of Raphinha. According to the report by Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea has reached an agreement with Leeds United for the transfer of Raphinha for a fee of £60-65M, which includes add-ons. After a long-run transfer of rumours starting with Raphinha’s Barcelona move to joining The Gunners; Chelsea struck the deal for the service of Raphinha.

After taking over Chelsea, new owner Tod Bohley acted sharply to compete with the other premier league giants like Manchester City & Liverpool for next season’s Premier League as well the Champions League by reinforcing Chelsea’s attack. Thomas Tuchel has also been asked for an official bid for Manchester City’s Raheem Sterling.
