Hafizul Rahman started playing football when he was 6; he was scouted by Blackburn pre-academy and spent one year there. Blackburn Rovers Football Club customarily is a professional football club based in Blackburn, Lancashire, England, which competes in the EFL Championship, the 2d tier of the English football league system.
Then he went to Manchester United pre-academy for one year, and from there, David Hobson took him to Preston North End, where he signed at 8.
David Hobson is a co-founder of the PFSA and has over 20 years of experience in scouting for Manchester United, Bolton, and Blackburn. David used to be a coordinator for one of United’s development centres in northwest England.
He said, “he started playing football for fun”. When he was selected to the national team of Bangladesh, the great change in his professional life started with an injury at the age of 17, and that particularly led to giving up taking part in football, but it was an extremely good start towards turning into a Coach in England.

He had completed his C license at FA ex-Preston North End and was scouting at PFSA. Preston North End was a founder member of the Football League in 1888. He added that l always wanted to get involved in all parts of football, coaching, and scouting. Also, it’s not that hard to get involved in coaching
I wish to complete a UEFA B license, and currently, I’m more of a coach who helps players work on any weak points instead of doing a full team. It’s something I enjoy doing, he said.
His message to today’s youth is “Keep working hard and continually dream big, and the most important element is playing with a smile on your face, as it takes away the pressure, and always believe you are the best”.
