0 174

Defending champions Manchester City have been drawn against Copenhagen for the Champions League last 16, while Arsenal will take on Porto in their tie.

Copenhagen, the Danish champions, outperformed expectations by surpassing Manchester United in their group and have reached the knockout rounds for the first time since 2011.

The first legs of these ties are scheduled for the 13-14th or 20-21st of February, with the return legs set for the 5-6th or 12-13th of March. As seeded teams, both Manchester City and Arsenal will enjoy the advantage of playing their second legs at home.

In other notable matchups, Real Madrid, who have claimed the Champions League title a record 14 times, will face RB Leipzig. Last season’s runners-up, Inter Milan, are set to battle Atletico Madrid, and Bayern Munich will confront Lazio.

The UCL final is set to be held at Wembley Stadium on June 1.
