Al-Nassr secured a comfortable 3-0 win over Al Feiha in the Saudi Pro League, with Cristiano Ronaldo and new signing Jhon Durán leading the way. Durán, who joined from Aston Villa in January, marked his debut with a brace, while Ronaldo added a goal to continue his impressive scoring streak.
The victory moves Al-Nassr up to third in the table, eight points behind leaders Al-Ittihad.
Durán’s Dream Debut
Durán made an immediate impact for Al-Nassr, opening the scoring in the 22nd minute with a close-range finish. The Colombian striker then doubled his tally in the second half, converting a cross from Sadio Mané.
Ronaldo continued his prolific form with another goal for Al-Nassr. The Portuguese forward has now scored in four consecutive matches, taking his tally for the season to 17 goals in all competitions.
Al-Nassr were dominant throughout the match, controlling possession and creating numerous chances. Durán and Ronaldo’s goals were the highlights of an impressive performance that showcased the team’s attacking quality.
Al Feiha, on the other hand, struggled to contain Al-Nassr’s attacking threat. They rarely threatened the opposition goal and were unable to prevent a comfortable defeat.
This victory keeps Al-Nassr in the hunt for the Saudi Pro League title, although they still trail leaders Al-Ittihad by eight points. They will be hoping to continue their winning ways and close the gap on the top two in the coming weeks.
