Manchester United and AFC Bournemouth played out a dramatic 4–4 draw in an action-packed Premier League encounter at Old Trafford, in a match that featured eight goals, late drama, and relentless momentum swings.

United made a strong start when Amad Diallo opened the scoring in the 13th minute. Bournemouth responded swiftly through Antoine Semenyo, who restored parity and set the tone for a chaotic contest. Casemiro put the hosts back in front deep into first-half stoppage time, sending United into the break with a 2–1 advantage.

The second half saw Bournemouth mount an impressive comeback. Goals from Evanilson and Marcus Tavernier turned the match on its head, giving the visitors a 3–2 lead and exposing United’s defensive frailties. Captain Bruno Fernandes hauled United level with a well-taken free-kick, but the drama was far from over as Junior Kroupi struck late to make it 4–4.

United pushed hard for a winner during an extended period of stoppage time, but Bournemouth goalkeeper Senne Lammens produced a series of crucial saves across 11 minutes of added time to secure a valuable point for the visitors.

Despite dominating the historical head-to-head record with 14 wins from 25 meetings, United were unable to end their recent struggles against Bournemouth, who remained unbeaten in their last five encounters against the Red Devils. Marcus Rashford continues to be United’s top scorer in this fixture with five goals.

The draw came amid injury concerns for both sides, with United missing key defenders Matthijs de Ligt and Harry Maguire, while Bournemouth were without suspended captain Lewis Cook and several injured regulars.
